We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Contact@ViralinAmerica.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number or any applicable order information on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and 10% restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Viral In America.com LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-30 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In rare and exceptional situations, partial refunds may be granted solely at our discretion. Such situations include items that are not in their original condition, items that are damaged, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@ViralinAmerica.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at ViralInAmerica@gmail.com.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if that option is available. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
